Wānaka to Lake Hāwea

Start of the Clutha River

Monday 18 December – I cycled around Lake Wānaka, Clutha River, and Hāwea River to “The Camp” at Lake Hāwea.

So much fun!

I hired the bike from Wanaka Bike Tours https://wanakabiketours.co.nz/. They were super helpful – I highly recommend them!

    Brilliant Meredith! I’ve biked that section at the end of a West Coast ride last summer, and the Wanaka shore line a couple of summers before when we rode down the Clutha to Lawrence.. I’ve been feeling envious of all the places you’ve been where I haven’t been yet, so this is a nice reprieve 😀
