Saturday 30 December – Easy day walking 10km down from Crooked Spur Hut and along Bush Stream out to the car park on Rangitata Gorge Road.

Arranged a shuttle from the carpark to Potts Lodge, as official TA advice is not to attempt a crossing of Rangitata River.
